We would recommend you contact us immediately you have decided either to buy or sell as it is important for us to be involved in the early stages. We can give you independent advice in connection with surveys, valuations, deposits and estate agents if required.

We are concerned that you understand the transaction and any difficulties that arise. We will aim to keep you advised at each stage and particularly if you are buying and selling to co-ordinate necessary timescales and legal requirements with your own practical requirements. Essentially, we would hope to reduce your worries and concerns to the minimum.

Following completion of your transaction, we remain available to give you advice in respect of any covenants affecting the property boundary matters and local authority planning requirements.

Where appropriate we can offer no sale-no fee.
